| This Oak Island golf course home had a complete make-over including the addition of a large master suite.
Location, location, location is always important...and while the owner's loved their location, they also wanted a redifined interior with today's modern conveniences. The exterior was transformed from 60's ranch to Tidewater Tropical. The roof line was raised and two dormers were added. Standing seam metal was added to give the home it's coastal flair.
All bathrooms were totally renovated with new fixtures, cabinetry, ceramic and marble, lighting, and hardware. The master bath is an inviting retreat with a whirlpool tub, chandalier, and plasma television. A seperate shower and private toliet are also part of the large master bath area.
